About Dr. J. R. Church (Nov. 17, 1938 - March 22, 2011)
Few Bible prophecy teachers who have had a television broadcast ministry and served the Lord also as a pastor did so longer than Dr. J.R. Church. He was the founder and host of Prophecy in the News. On March 22, 2011, he unexpectedly died leaving his earthly body behind and his spirit was taken up to be with the Lord. About Dr. J. Vernon McGee John Vernon McGee was born in Hillsboro, Texas, in 1904. Dr. McGee remarked, "When I was born and the doctor gave me the customary whack, my mother said that I let out a yell that could be heard on all four borders of Texas!" His Creator well knew that he would need a powerful voice to deliver a powerful message.After completing his education (including a Th.M. and Th.D. from Dallas Theological Seminary), he and his wife came west, settling in Pasadena, California. Dr. McGee's greatest pastorate was at the historic Church of the Open Door in downtown Los Angeles, where he served from 1949 to 1970.
He began teaching Thru the Bible in 1967. After retiring from the pastorate, he set up radio headquarters in Pasadena, and the radio ministry expanded rapidly. Listeners never seem to tire of Dr. J. Vernon McGee's unique brand of rubber-meets-the-road teaching, or his passion for teaching the whole Word of God.

Harry Reid Ties Sequester To Deaths Of Seven Marines
Jeff Poor, The Daily Caller — On his Tuesday radio show, conservative talker Mark Levin attacked Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid for implying on the U.S. Senate floor earlier in the day that the sequester could affect training exercises like the one that led to the deaths of seven U.S. Marines at a military facility in Hawthorne, Nev. on Monday night.Before launching into his attack, Levin referred to an NBC report that said Marine officials referred to Reid’s statements as “pure political posturing on the backs of these dead Marines.”
“That’s exactly what it was, and it was grotesque. And Harry Reid, you’re the lowest of the low-lives, you know that?” Levin said. “You really are at the bottom of the sewer, all the time on every issue — whether it’s accusing Mitt Romney of not filing taxes. You are just a very ill human being. And the fact that you’re the Senate majority leader says an awful lot about the Democrats in the Senate. The American people deserve better than this miscreant — we do. We deserve better than this man. He is a vicious stupid man. Somehow out of Searchlight, Nev., he has acquired tens of millions of dollars, as he lives on the penthouse floor in the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C. Somehow, somehow this low I.Q., no-talent hack politician has become the Senate majority leader and an extremely wealthy man.”
Levin called on a member of the Senate Republican caucus to step forward and condemn Reid.
“Now look at the slime that comes out of his mouth,” he said. “Seven dead Marines — somebody’s sons, somebody’s fathers, somebody’s brothers — seven dead Marines, and this jerk goes to the Senate floor and he has to talk about the sequester, which has nothing to do with it. Now, did a single Republican go to the Senate floor and condemn this? Well if they did, I haven’t heard about it, and they’re welcome to call the program and tell us, because this man needs to be condemned on the Senate floor in public for the implication that he drew — and he clearly drew it on the Senate floor today. Our men and women in uniform — they’re not there as political props.” » Full Article

CHRISTOPHOBIA AT FLORIDA ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY: OBAMA SYCOPHANT REQUIRES STUDENTS TO STOMP ON WORD “JESUS”
Shoebat Foundation — Imagine, if you will, the following scenario: A university professor instructs all of his students to write the word “Muhammad” on a sheet of paper, place that sheet on the ground, and stomp on it. Then imagine that a Muslim student who refused to do so was suspended for not doing so. Then, the student calls CAIR to claim he was a victim of religious discrimination who suffered the consequences of Islamophobia. A short time later, the university’s leadership publicly stands behind its professor.
Ridiculous, right? Yes.
Now, imagine that same scenario being applied a bit differently and you have a real life event.
This has been a developing story but it started when Florida Atlantic University (FAU) professor Deandre Poole – also the vice-chairman of the Palm Beach County Democratic Party and author of a pro-Barack Obama book entitled, Obamamania: The Rise of a Mythical Hero – instructed his class to write the name “Jesus” on a piece of paper, place it on the floor, and stomp on it.
One student objected, said he found the exercise offensive and wouldn’t participate. That student says he was suspended for not following the instructions given by Poole. Does that not constitute Christophobia on the part of Poole?
The standard has been set by the left and by Muslim groups in the U.S. Any and all criticism or honest analysis of Islam is rooted in what they call “Islamophobia”. In fact, just take one minute and imagine a scenario in which a Muslim student in an FAU classroom was told to write the name “Muhammad” on a sheet of paper, place it on the ground, and stomp on it.
Riots might be taking place in Benghazi right now.
Isn’t the Obama administration all about fairness? If it’s ok to stomp on a paper with the word “Jesus” on it, why isn’t it fair to stomp on a piece of paper with the word “Muhammad” on it? The answer should be obvious and those of us who have been identified as Islamophobes should identify this for what it is, based on the standard of Muslim Brotherhood groups in America – Christophobia.
The best part? The student was suspended and FAU leadership is standing by Poole.

Former Muslim Brotherhood Member Now Peace Activist
Born in Bethlehem of Judea, Walid's grandfather was the Muslim Mukhtar (chieftain) of Beit Sahour-Bethlehem (The Shepherd's Fields) and a friend of Haj-Ameen Al-Husseni, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and notorious friend of Adolf Hitler. Walid's great grandfather, Abdullah Ali Awad-Allah, was also a fighter and close associate of both Abdul Qader and Haj Amin Al-Husseini, who led the Palestinians against Israel. Walid lived through and witnessed Israel’s Six Day War while living in Jericho. As a young man, he became a member of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, and participated in acts of terror and violence against Israel, and was later imprisoned in the Russian Compound, Jerusalem's central prison for incitement and violence against Israel. After his release, he continued his life of violence and rioting in Bethlehem and the Temple Mount. After entering the U.S, he worked as a counselor for the Arab Student Organization at Loop College in Chicago and continued his anti-Israel activities. In 1993, Walid studied the Tanach (Jewish Bible) in a challenge to convert his wife to Islam. Six months later, after intense study, Walid realized that everything he had been taught about Jews was a lie. Convinced he was on the side of evil, he became an advocate for his former enemy. Driven by a deep passion to heal his own soul, and to bring the truth about the Jews and Israel to the world, Walid shed his former life and his work as a software engineer and set out to tirelessly bring the cause of Israel to tens of thousands of people throughout the world: churches and synagogues, civic groups, government leaders and media. » Full Bio
