REAR ADMIRAL SAYS RELIGIOUS LIBERTY UNDER THREAT IN MILITARY
“I am coming out today to tell you I am not going to run from my religious beliefs, from my right under the Constitution to tell a young man there is hope.”
Todd Starnes, FOX News & Commentary — A high-ranking Coast Guard official said at a National Day of Prayer gathering that religious liberty in the U.S. military is being threatened and that service members are being told to hide their faith in Christ, according to a videotape obtained by Fox News.“As one general so aptly put it – they expect us to check our religion in at the door – don’t bring that here,” Rear Admiral William Lee told a National Day of Prayer gathering. “Leaders like myself are feeling the constraints of rules and regulations and guidance issued by lawyers that put us in a tighter and tighter box regarding our constitutional right to express our religious faith.”
The crowd of religious leaders and lawmakers cheered for nearly a minute when Lee vowed to defy any attempt to curtail religious liberty within the Armed Forces.
“I am coming out today to tell you I am not going to run from my religious beliefs, from my right under the Constitution to tell a young man there is hope,” he declared in remarks first reported by World Magazine.
Lee told the audience he had set aside his prepared remarks and instead chose to speak from the heart about the challenges facing Christian service members.
“The problem that men and women like me face in uniform who are in senior leadership positions is that the higher you are – the more vulnerable you are to being taken down,” he said. “You get in the crosshairs of those people who lay in wait outside the gate – waiting to take us to task for expressing our faith.”
In recent days, the Pentagon has been accused of infringing on the religious liberty of Christian service members.
Lt. Cmdr. Nate Christensen said in a statement the Department of Defense has never and will never single out a particular religious group for persecution or prosecution.
“Service members can share their faith (evangelize), but must not force unwanted intrusive attempts to convert others of any faith or no faith to one’s beliefs (proselytization),” the statement read.
But there have been dozens of complaints about the military targeting Christians. Last month an Army briefing labeled Evangelical Christians and Catholics as examples of religious extremism – linking them to Al Qaeda and Hamas. In another incident, an Army officer warned subordinates that the Family Research Council and American Family Association were domestic hate groups.
Among other instances:
• A War Games scenario at Fort Leavenworth that identified Christian groups and Evangelical groups as being potential threats;
• A 2009 Dept. of Homeland Security memorandum that identified future threats to national security coming from Evangelicals and pro-life groups;
• West Point study released by the U.S. Military Academy’s Combating Terrorism Center that linked pro-lifers to terrorism;
• Evangelical leader Franklin Graham was uninvited from the Pentagon’s National Day of Prayer service because of his comments about Islam;
• Christian prayers were banned at the funeral services for veterans at Houston’s National Cemetery;
• Bibles were banned at Walter Reed Army Medical Center – a decision that was later rescinded;
• Christian crosses and a steeple were removed from a chapel in Afghanistan because the military said the icons disrespected other religions;
• Catholic chaplains were told not to read a letter to parishioners from their archbishop related to Obamcare mandates. The Secretary of the Army feared the letter could be viewed as a call for civil disobedience.
Lee illustrated his argument that faith is being threatened by telling the story of a young service member who tried to commit suicide but survived.
“When I looked at that young man and heard his story – the rules say – ‘send him to the chaplain,’” Lee told the audience. “My heart said, give this man a Bible.”
Lee said such an act would be a violation of policy. He marveled that he could be reprimanded for “as much as whispering to a young man who is on his last hope – that there is hope. That I can just simply whisper, ‘here is the answer – take it home – I’ll talk about it if you want to.’”
“The lawyers tell me that if I do that – I’m crossing the line,” he said. “I’m so glad I’ve crossed that line so many times.”
Lee said they’ve been told to “leave that to the chaplains. I’m here to tell you there’s not enough chaplains to go around.”
He warned the audience that a religious storm was fast approaching the armed forces.
“Your armed forces, the sons and daughters of the men and women like you,” he said, “are being told to hide that light under a basket.”
He urged them to pray for those who seek to follow Christ in the military.
“Pray that we will be able to weather the storm that I am almost certain will come – that we will not be required to put aside our Constitutional rights,” he said. » Full Article

President Obama is sending secret, coded messages to Mexicans, letting citizens south of the border know that he agrees with their contention that much of the Southwestern U.S. rightfully belongs to Mexico, claims radio host Rush Limbaugh.Last week, Obama addressed students at the Anthropology Museum in Mexico City, saying, “Our attitudes sometimes are trapped in old stereotypes. Some Americans only see the Mexico that is depicted in sensational headlines of violence and border crossings – and let’s admit it. Some Mexicans think that America disrespects Mexico, or thinks that America is trying to impose itself on Mexican sovereignty or just wants to wall ourselves off. And in both countries, such distortions create misunderstandings that make it harder for us to move forward together. So I’ve come to Mexico because I think it’s time for us to put the old mind-sets aside. It’s time to recognize new realities, including the impressive progress of today’s Mexico.”
Limbaugh says he was at first puzzled by Obama’s statement that America was imposing its sovereignty on Mexico, before it finally struck him.
“This sovereignty business, this is significant. This is not a throwaway. That’s a dog whistle,” he said.
“It’s a huge dog whistle to radicalized young Hispanic voters. What he did was send signals to that voting block beneath the radar, because most people not gonna understand what is sovereignty business. That block that’s underneath the radar – Telemundo, Univision – he’s telling them that he agrees with them that California should still be Mexico and that New Mexico should still be Mexico.”
Limbaugh indicated Obama counts on the mainstream of America not hearing or understanding what he’s saying in speeches meant for foreigners.
“But we just blew his cover decoding this,” he continued. “I won’t be surprised if we get some blowback on this. They’ll start calling me a bunch of names and accusing me of making things up or accusing me of harboring hate for all these people. Accusing me of, once again, Limbaugh goes off on an extreme tangent, expect something like that, because this is huge. There are radicalized Mexicans [who believe] California’s still theirs, particularly Southern California. Arizona, New Mexico, radicals. And Obama’s just fueled ‘em. He just told ‘em he agrees with ‘em.”
Limbaugh called the coded messages “a big deal,” adding:
He didn’t talk about Mexico immigration policy. He didn’t talk about Mexico’s need to reform its government, its socialist policies. He didn’t talk about how America helps Mexico financially. He didn’t talk about how we feed and clothe and educate and provide health care to even those from Mexico who are illegally in the United States. The sovereignty business, if you wanted to go to an extreme, you could almost say that Obama has it actually backwards, that it’s Mexico imposing its sovereignty on us. Because we are being made to feed, clothe, and house and provide health care for its citizens. Is Mexico doing that for American citizens? Huh! Try to go down there and become a Mexican. You can’t do it. Their immigration laws, you don’t even want to mess with it, folks. You do not want to mess with it. They do not play games with their immigration.In one final political dig, Limbaugh noted, “By the way, the warmonger president who took Mexico, James Polk, was a Democrat. When has a president of the United States ever attacked America’s sovereignty? I think this is a first. I am not aware of any president ever attacking America’s sovereignty. And in coded language, which is what this was, he’s winking and nodding and dog whistling to the radicalized – not all of them – the radicalized Hispanics. (imitating Obama) “I get it, I get it, we should never have taken Mexico. It’s really yours. I get it, I get it. We’ve been mean. We’ve been imposing our way too long.” Time for a new mind-set.

The truth comes out, but will anything be done about it to bring down the guilty, from Obama on down the line of those ultimately responsible?Any other president would have been thrown out of office by now, but not Obama, and so long as Reid does not see him as a danger to the Democratic party, no impeachment will come from the Senate.

It Doesn’t Matter Who Murdered Four Americans?
Kris Zane, The Western Center For Journalism — Appearing before Congress, with veins bulging on her temples and fists clenched, Hillary Clinton bellowed, “What difference does it make?” in regard to how four Americans died in Benghazi.
What difference does it make? It doesn’t matter who murdered four Americans?
Perhaps if it had been her child who was shot full of holes, she’d be singing a different tune.
The mother of Sean Smith, the communications officer murdered on September 11, says it makes a difference as to why her son’s calls for help went unanswered.
Seven hundred Special Ops veterans sent a letter to Congress demanding that a comprehensive congressional investigation begin immediately—they think it makes a difference.
Over one hundred Representatives (led by Congressman Frank R. Wolf) are backing the passage of House Resolution 36, calling for a “Watergate style” investigation into what happen that fateful night-THEY think it makes a difference.
It seems like everyone in the country thinks that finding out who murdered four Americans and why no one sent help does make a difference.
The only ones who think it doesn’t make a difference are Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
We already know, partially, what happened. The bull dog in the House, Darrell Issa, leading the charge, released a preliminary report on April 23, that spells out that, with emails and documents as proof, Barack Obama knew the consulate had been attacked by al-Qaeda-linked terrorists “almost immediately.” That he and his cronies, fearing the news of an attack by a group that he had been blathering about “being on the run” would hurt his re-election campaign. That the intelligence community had put together a series of talking points about what happened that were literally rewritten by the White House, changed from “attack” to “demonstration” and obliterating any reference to “Islamic extremists.”
The Weekly Standard yesterday, supplementing the information in the House investigative report, actually got a copy of the multiple revisions of the talking points, which proves that Susan Rice’s famous Sunday morning news show hit parade and Obama blathering about an “offensive” anti-Muslim YouTube video were literally created out of thin air. They knew in less than twenty-four hours that it was a pre-planned terrorist attack that had nothing to do with a protest or YouTube video:
A cable sent the following day, September 12, by the CIA station chief in Libya, reported that eyewitnesses confirmed the participation of Islamic militants and made clear that U.S. facilities in Benghazi had come under terrorist attack.Oh, but there’s more. Enter Hillary Clinton. The House report has proof that Slick Willie’s other half personally signed off on denying additional security to the consulate, which means that yes, Hillary Clinton perjured herself during her congressional hearing, as she stated she had nothing to do with it. Per the report:
A cable signed by Hillary Clinton April of 2012 denied then-Ambassador Cretz’s formal request for additional security assets but ordered the withdrawal of security elements to proceed as planned.In a strange aside not found in the report, in April of 2012, the same month Hillary Clinton denied the additional security requested by then-Ambassador to Libya Gene Cretz, Obama nominated Cretz for the post of Ambassador to Ghana. And here’s where it gets strange: Cretz was sworn in by Hillary Clinton on the day of the Benghazi attack, September 11, 2012!
Was this a coincidence, or did Cretz—and more specifically Obama—have foreknowledge that an attack on the Benghazi consulate was going to occur, using Christopher Stevens and other Americans as “collateral damage”?
What exactly is Obama hiding that would require a coverup so convoluted that it makes the Nixon Watergate break-in coverup look like child’s play?
Would Obama spend weeks blaming an obscure anti-Muslim YouTube video—even going so far as having the producer of the video—Nakoula Basseley Nakoula arrested, and take his story to the world stage at the United Nations, simply for political damage control?
We know the Saudis funded and organized the attack on the consulate through a hacked email from Hillary Clinton crony Sidney Blumenthal to Clinton. And we know Obama is controlled in part by the Saudi government, as evidence in the recent suppression of Saudi national/Boston Marathon bombing “person of interest” Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi—whereby Obama directly colluded with the Saudi government to try to quietly deport Alharbi.
We know Obama was funneling weapons to the al-Qaeda-linked Syrian rebels, using Benghazi as a gunrunning hub.
But is that the end of Obama’s secrets? What exactly was going on in Benghazi that was so horrendous that such a convoluted coverup had to be perpetrated by the Obama administration? Was there some secret rendition site in Benghazi where the “anti-torture” Obama was in fact torturing prisoners, as evidenced by the mammoth study released by The Constitution Project on April 16? Was Obama in fact covering up a massive torture factory? Was he trying to stave off what many call The Constitution Project’s blueprint for an indictment against Obama as a war criminal?
Darrell Issa’s comprehensive investigation into what happened in Benghazi and why it was covered up is a good start, but America must demand that they stand with Congressman Frank R. Wolf in backing House Resolution 36, calling for a comprehensive “Watergate style” investigation in order to pull back the curtain on Obama’s Benghazi secrets. » Full Article

This survey shows that millions of Americans are waking up the reality that America is an occupied nation being systematically destroyed by Marxist / Communist leaning political operatives -- and that the only way to stop the occupation is by force.
While only 18 percent of democrats (who tend to trust big government) believed an armed revolution might be necessary, that number was much larger -- 44% -- among republicans (who tend to distrust big government).

That's 16.8 million guns each year, or 134 million guns during Obama's two terms.
Who is purchasing these guns? Primarily people who don't trust Obama or big government. These are not people who are buying guns just to turn them in to a corrupt, criminal government that repeatedly stages false flag events to try to blame gun owners. That story has been shared on Facebook an astonishing 1.39 million times. Again, the number is 1,396K shares, making it the single most shared news story of all time. Its shares continue to rise, by the way, and it will probably exceed 1.5 million shares within a few more days.
As the story explains, the Pentagon has now announced it will court martial any soldier who professes belief in God or Christianity. This is not a typo or a joke. The Pentagon is now attempting to eliminate all Christians from its ranks, probably because it wants to get rid of anyone with a moral code that won't follow orders when it comes time to fire on civilians.

There's also tremendous anger seething among taxpayers about the recent revelations that the federal government is aggressively marketing federal food stamps to illegal aliens (i.e. "undocumented citizens" for all the PC whiners who can't handle real words).
When Judicial Watch recently uncovered documented proof that the USDA was marketing food stamps to illegal aliens, the topic exploded across the internet.
Big government worshippers loved the idea, of course, because they have no understanding of economics and think that utopia can best be achieved by making everyone dependent on the government. But those with economic sense are appalled by this freebie handout of U.S. taxpayer dollars to non-citizens, enabling them to buy lobster, steaks and other luxury food items, all paid for by taxpayers.

Another important sign in this culture war is that the passion of gun owners and the NRA in protecting the Second Amendment rights of all Americans is unstoppable. Over the weekend, 70,000+ Americans met in Houston, TX in support of gun rights at the annual NRA meeting.

What Ted Nugent explains -- and what other gun owners feel all across the country -- is that they will NEVER give up their firearms to any government and that they will, if it comes down to it, shoot tyrants dead rather than surrender to tyranny.
You can't defeat that kind of courage and determination with police state theater and news propaganda. Gun grabbers think they can win this by passing new laws, but all laws are null and void when the civil war starts. A corrupt, criminal government can write all the unconstitutional laws it wants. None of them will matter once the lead starts flying, American gun owners now realize.
"We will never surrender our guns, never," said outgoing NRA president Wayne LaPierre at the NRA meeting in Houston this past weekend.
How A Culture War Becomes A Civil War
When a large segment of the population suffers "a long train of abuses" under a criminal government that respects no law, no liberties and no rights, the range of choices for taking action to restore balance quickly narrows.
Right now, the culture war against Americans with conservative or traditional values is in full force... and it seems to be accelerating by the week. The government is right now attempting to criminalize all private gun owners and take away the individual right to own gun. It is criminalizing those in the military who believe in God. It is about to grant amnesty to tens of millions of illegal aliens who are apparently "above the law" and need not follow the same rules everybody else has to follow.
Although I never condone the use of violence for resolving societal differences, I cannot help but see where this is headed: a possible shooting war between conservatives and the government. A civil war, in other words.
Already, an armed march on Washington is being planned for July 4th. This march is ratcheting up the risk of an all-out shooting war between a corrupt, criminal government and those Americans who still believe in liberty and who absolutely will not give up their Second Amendment rights, no matter what.
It's not difficult to imagine how a series of national armed marches could turn violent thanks to some trigger-happy person. And then a march could turn into a slaughter -- most likely the slaughter of those in the march by government agents. At that point, once the images and videos of that get circulated across the 'net, all hell breaks loose and we enter a phase of all-out war between gun owners and the illegitimate occupying forces of the U.S. government.

Restorationists Are Not Anti-Government
They are criminals. They run false flag operations such as smuggling guns into Mexico to cause gun violence, then blaming that gun violence on law-abiding gun owners. To resist the efforts of criminals is not "anti-government" as they like to portray. It is merely "anti criminal occupation."
Nearly everyone who opposes the criminality of the Obama administration is actually "pro government" because they wish to restore the proper constitutional government to run things. They are not seeking anarchy. They are only seeking the restoration of legal and lawful government as described in the Constitution.
Those who attempt to attack these people as being "anti-government" are completely wrong (and being intentionally deceptive).
For example, if hijackers took over an airplane, and a group of people in the airplane were attempting to remove the hijackers and restore the original pilot, you wouldn't call them, "anti-airplane." They aren't against airplanes... they're against the hijackers!
In the same way, today's activists who are criticizing corrupt, criminal government are not "anti-government." They are anti criminals in government.
The bottom line in all this? Armed conflict with the criminal occupying forces in positions of government now looks inevitable. Unless something drastically changes in terms of restoring law in America and removing the outright psychopathic criminals from the highest levels of government, this outcome now seems unavoidable. I pray this analysis is wrong and that bloodshed can be avoided. But history has shown me that such optimism is unjustified given present conditions. » Full Article

On this day in 1789, President George Washington attends a ball in his honor. The event provided a model for the first official inaugural ball, held to celebrate James Madison's ascension to the office ten years later, which then became an annual tradition.
Washington was sworn in as the first president of the United States on April 30, 1789. A week later, an elaborate ball was held to celebrate the event in New York, the temporary headquarters of the federal government, in a building on Broadway near Wall Street.
