Oregon State Police an the FBI stopped two vehicles heading north on U.S. 395. One of those vehicles, a white truck being driven by Oregon militiaman LaVoy Finicum speeds up after idling for a while. It is then that LaVoy Finicum and the other passengers ran into a road block. Finicum leaves the vehicle and raises his hands. When a man from behind him shoots Finicum for reasons that still remain unclear. Finicum’s daughter claims that her father was “murdered” execution-style with his hands in the air, an account backed up by an eyewitness to the incident. Did LaVoy’s arm movement legitimize excessive force? WAS HE COVERING A WOUND, GETTING HIS BALANCE IN DEEP SNOW, OR REACHING FOR A WEAPON? What brought us to this dark day of Liberty gone wrong?

Donald Trump has exhibited immense power and influence that resonates with those willing to listen to him rather than a hostile and controlled media complex. Although he has taken heat for being outspoken, through his consistent attacks on the sheer and implausible ineptitude of career politicians he has already forced officials to take action simply by bringing light to under-reported issues. The truth is-- he is not politically correct, he is not a coward, and he does not compromise when there is no benefit for the common good. Those critical of his outsider status need only examine the facts- no one wanted to talk about American prisoners held abroad, he did, and now they have been freed. In the last Fox News debate before the 2016 primary elections, many Republican establishment candidates gathered to speak about what they would do if elected, in the hope that they could bolster their own ratings. In refreshing contrast, Trump disregarded his ratings all together, and actually raised more than 6 MILLION dollars for wounded veterans, of which he contributed a cool million. Instead of focusing on the positive, the media decided to demonize Trump saying he "snubbed Iowa". Where other candidates beg, Donald Trump gives. So take a look for yourself, do you want to elect people who make empty promises, or would you rather have someone who stands up for others by acting no matter the cost?
