DOES ‘SATAN’ FROM SUNDAY'S EPISODE OF 'THE BIBLE' REMIND YOU OF ANYONE?
Uncanny Resemblance!
Mike Opelka, TheBlaze — Did you watch the third episode of Mark Burnett’s epic series “The Bible” on History Channel on Sunday? If so, you might have made the same connection that many on social media outlets are making: The guy playing Satan bears a striking resemblance to someone living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.To be fair, one of the first people to make this connection was Glenn Beck. A few weeks back, while previewing the series, Beck told his audience to pay attention to episode three of the series. Last night, Mr. Beck tweeted a follow up.
Of course, thousands more have retweeted or posted their own version of this observation. Some appreciated it, others not so much.

However, this was not the first time that a President’s likeness has appeared in a popular TV show. Mediaite reminded us of the controversy that erupted after George Bush’s head was seen on a pike in HBO’s “Game of Thrones.”

Drew Zahn, WND — The White House may paint worries over drones in American skies, federal agencies buying up billions of bullets and local police forces arming themselves with military-style equipment as just “bogeyman” issues of the radical right, but an interview on New York City’s WABC Radio reveals even the left is starting to grow worried.Medea Benjamin, co-founder of Code Pink, a left-wing “peace and social justice movement” known for its colorful marches and protests, told WABC host Aaron Klein the potential for the Obama administration to abuse its growing domestic police power is “extremely troubling.”
Klein asked Benjamin, author of “Drone Warfare: Killing by Remote Control,” if she was concerned that military-style drones now authorized to fly over U.S. skies could be used against American citizens, the same question that prompted U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., to filibuster in the Senate earlier this month.
“Very much so,” Benjamin replied. “We see a militarization of the U.S. police forces here in the United States, and it’s a very troubling tendency.”
Furthermore, Benjamin charged she was “upset” that liberal Democrats – who might question and fight the federal government’s growing police powers under a Republican administration – “have been very quiet when this is happening under Obama.”
Klein brought up concerns, such as those reported by WND, that the federal Department of Homeland Security and other non-military federal agencies have opened purchase orders for 1.5 billion or more rounds of ammunition over the last year. The ammo buy has been only one of several indications of a bigger, stronger and more militarized police presence in the U.S.
“Are we leading up to some sort of military-style control in America?” Klein asked.
“I think the potential is there,” Benjamin replied, “and the fact that 10 years after 911 the U.S. is still keeping the American people in the state of fear about terrorism and using that to take billions and billions of our tax dollars to use to set up these kind of facilities and equip our local law-enforcement agencies with military equipment and potentially really be turning us into a society where Big Brother is watching us all the time, I think is extremely troubling.” » Full Article

Walid Shoebat, Shoebat Foundation — The bad news is that Pamela Geller was not invited to speak at CPAC this year; ditto Robert Spencer. The good news is that Breitbart put on an event at CPAC billed as ‘The Uninvited Panel’. The even better news is that it was a packed house.
A big reason for CPAC’s attempt to censor Spencer and Geller is the strong influence of both Grover Norquist and Suhail Khan; the latter is the son of an ISNA / MSA founder, Mahboob Kahn. Suhail’s mother used to sit on the board of the San Francisco chapter of CAIR but Suhail asked her to step down when his connections to Muslim Brotherhood groups began to get exposed.

Former Muslim Brotherhood Member Now Peace Activist
Born in Bethlehem of Judea, Walid's grandfather was the Muslim Mukhtar (chieftain) of Beit Sahour-Bethlehem (The Shepherd's Fields) and a friend of Haj-Ameen Al-Husseni, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and notorious friend of Adolf Hitler. Walid's great grandfather, Abdullah Ali Awad-Allah, was also a fighter and close associate of both Abdul Qader and Haj Amin Al-Husseini, who led the Palestinians against Israel. Walid lived through and witnessed Israel’s Six Day War while living in Jericho. As a young man, he became a member of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, and participated in acts of terror and violence against Israel, and was later imprisoned in the Russian Compound, Jerusalem's central prison for incitement and violence against Israel. After his release, he continued his life of violence and rioting in Bethlehem and the Temple Mount. After entering the U.S, he worked as a counselor for the Arab Student Organization at Loop College in Chicago and continued his anti-Israel activities. In 1993, Walid studied the Tanach (Jewish Bible) in a challenge to convert his wife to Islam. Six months later, after intense study, Walid realized that everything he had been taught about Jews was a lie. Convinced he was on the side of evil, he became an advocate for his former enemy. Driven by a deep passion to heal his own soul, and to bring the truth about the Jews and Israel to the world, Walid shed his former life and his work as a software engineer and set out to tirelessly bring the cause of Israel to tens of thousands of people throughout the world: churches and synagogues, civic groups, government leaders and media. » Full Bio
