Erica Ritz, TheBlaze — Members of the media and the Obama administration expressed optimism after the “Arab Spring” revolution that ousted former Egyptian leader Hosni Mubarak in 2011. When concerns about the Muslim Brotherhood taking power were raised, many responded either by saying the Islamist organization had no ambitions to take power, or that it was “mostly secular” and eschewed violence.On his weekday television program Monday, Beck juxtaposed the various assurances with horrific reality on the ground today.
The death toll in the most recent wave of violence, which began last week, has now passed 900 people.

When the Arab Spring first broke out and politicians and pundits praised what they saw as rising democracy, Glenn was one of the few voices saying we should all be skeptical. As a result, he was called a conspiracy theorist and a paranoid Islamaphobe. But events over the past few weeks have only shown that Glenn was ultimately right when he said “I can’t see the set of circumstances where this ends peacefully and nicely, and everybody has democracy.”

“While Al Jazeera and the American and western media is silent, relatively speaking, on the mass targeting and slaughter of Christians in the Middle East, we will not be,” Beck declared. “This administration is silent and they’re windsurfing because they and the media have one thing in common: they both support the Muslim Brotherhood, and those are the people that are slaughtering all of the Christians.”
“This is turning into a full-fledged genocide,” Beck said, despite all the praise of a “peaceful revolution.”
“I want you to take that video and send it to all of your friends,” Beck said. “I want you to make sure they understand two things. One, it’s happening to Christians now — not that that makes it any worse, just maybe it will wake them up. And the second thing is, it’s going to affect all of your gas prices. Will that wake you up?”
“Is our economy more strong today than it was in 2008, or is it weaker now?” he asked. “I don’t know what the breaking point is, but I have a feeling that we are going to find out.”
“May I beg you – prepare,” he concluded. “Please prepare. The world has come unhinged.”

The American Muslim Political Action Committee is planning a one million Muslim March in Washington D.C. On September 11, 2013 demanding that the civil rights of Muslims be protected by our government.Joining Vic to discuss this issue was Usama Dakdok. Born in Egypt, Usama is the founder of the Straight Way of Grace Ministry. He travels throughout the United States equipping the saints to be effective witnesses of Jesus Christ to their Muslim neighbors as well as ministry to Muslims directly. Usama has conducted a full comprehensive English translation of the Qur'an and has recently released a two-volume set of books, 'Exposing the Truth About the Qur'an: The Revelation of Error'.
Usama began by explaining that each year we recognize those who lost their lives in the 9-11 attack yet the liberal media and politicians still haven't explained to the American people who did this and why. In the meantime many Muslims in America have a 'how dare you celebrate that event' attitude claiming they feel they are suffering mistreatment and persecution.
The goal according to Islam and the Qur'an is to take control of the world. This is shown by the over 300 verses of hate contained within the Qur'an. Usama presents numerous examples that expose the values and agenda of the Islamic religion and prove why it's not a religion of peace.
In the end, Usama encouraged everyone to realize two things: (1) While 9-11 was executed by Muslims, those 19 men were victims of Islam, so the source of the problem resides in the ideology of Islam. (2) Now is the time to learn the truth about Islam so we can reach out with the love of Christ and the truth of the Gospel to our Muslim neighbors.

You’ve Read The News - Now Understand It
Ryan Jones, Israel Today — Israel is doing its best to stay out of Egypt's current turmoil, but Jerusalem is making no secret of the fact that it would prefer to see the army-led toppling of the Muslim Brotherhood regime succeed. And that has put it at odds with Washington, which seems to be rooting for the Islamists.In an interview with the New York Times over the weekend, an Israeli official speaking on condition of anonymity said the Jewish state was increasing behind-the-scenes efforts to convince the US and Europe to back what they see as a "military coup."
At this point it is a question of supporting either "army or anarchy," according to the official. "First, save what you can, and then deal with democracy and freedom and so on."
Israel is also said to be closely coordinating with Egyptian Chief of Staff Gen. Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi, and this, according to an unnamed Western diplomat, is "undercutting" American efforts in Egypt.
Last week, an Egyptian Christian leader told Israel Today that local Christians cannot figure out why America is trying to put them back under an oppressive, violent Islamist regime.
Meanwhile, Egyptian media reported on Saturday that the civilian component of the latest uprising that toppled President Mohammed Morsi is now taking aim at Egypt's peace treaty with Israel.
The "Tamaroud" ("Rebels") are said to be currently circulating a petition calling for the cancellation of the Camp David Accords. The Tamaroud managed to get well over 15 million signatures demanding Morsi's resignation.
The group reportedly sees the Israel-Egypt peace treaty as another example of American meddling in Egyptian affairs. » Full Article

10. Only in America... could politicians talk about the greed of the rich at a $35,000.00 a plate campaign fund-raising event.
9. Only in America ... could people claim that the government still discriminates against black Americans when they have a black President, a black Attorney General and roughly 20% of the federal workforce is black while only 14% of the population is black. 40+ % of all federal entitlements goes to black Americans – 3X the rate that go to whites, 5X the rate that go to Hispanics!
8. Only in America ... could they have had the two people most responsible for our tax code, Timothy Geithner (the head of the Treasury Department) and Charles Rangel (who once ran the Ways and Means Committee), BOTH turn out to be tax cheats who are in favor of higher taxes.
7. Only in America ... can they have terrorists kill people in the name of Allah and have the media primarily react by fretting that Muslims might be harmed by the backlash.
6. Only in America ... would they make people who want to legally become American citizens wait for years in their home countries and pay tens of thousands of dollars for the privilege, while they discuss letting anyone who sneaks into the country illegally just 'magically' become American citizens.
5. Only in America ... could the people who believe in balancing the budget and sticking by the country’s Constitution be thought of as “extremists.”
4. Only in America ... could you need to present a driver’s license to cash a check or buy alcohol, but not to vote.
3. Only in America ... could people demand the government investigate whether oil companies are gouging the public because the price of gas went up when the return on equity invested in a major U.S. oil company (Marathon Oil) is less than half of a company making tennis shoes (Nike).
2. Only in America ... could the government collect more tax dollars from the people than any nation in recorded history, still spend a Trillion dollars more than it has per year — for total spending of $7 Million PER MINUTE, and complain that it doesn't have nearly enough money.
1. Only in America ... could the rich people — who pay 86% of all income taxes — be accused of not paying their "fair share" by people who don't pay any income taxes at all.
This would be humorous if not for being all true.

Dr. Kevin "Coach" Collins, The Western Center For Journalism — The fine print of Obamacare says “The 4th Amendment be damned, we’re coming into your house when we feel like it.” There is no other way to interpret what the allowable government raids of otherwise law abiding American homes will be.Under the provisions of the healthcare law given to Barack Obama by the Democrats and Chief Justice John Roberts, government thugs will have the right to kick in doors and search homes in a number of circumstances.
These are by no means situations that would cause the average low information voter to shrug and acknowledge that “Maybe that’s not a bad idea,” either.
If some jerk in a government office hundreds, even thousands of miles away, decides your household is “at high risk,” he or she can green light Obama’s Gestapo troopers to bust in at their convenience.
You will be deemed “at high risk” if the family is headed by a single mother under 21 years of age. N.B. If you believe this will only happen in the “inner cities” I have a bridge to sell you.
If there is a tobacco user in the home – boom the door flies open – unless of course that door is located in a certain, protected zip code.
This one is a real belly laugh: If the children in the household are low achievers or developmentally delayed or have disabilities the worst kind of government intrusion can be just a phone from Washington to your local, nanny-state commissar.
The most egregious of the “high risk” circumstances for jack booted thugs kicking in your door is if family members are serving or have served in the military and experienced “multiple deployments” which of course means whatever Obama wants it to mean.
If these are the defined circumstances now, how long will it be before “thinking and speaking thoughts against the Administration” or “failure to support the social good” like gay marriage and abortion will be defined as circumstances leading to charges of your household being “at high risk?” » Full Article

RUSH: Senator Cruz, I know you’re limited time here. Thanks very much for joining us. How are you today, sir?
CRUZ: Rush, I’m doing terrific, and it is always a real privilege and honor to join you.
RUSH: Well, I’m glad to have you here. There’s a big argument. Let’s just cut to the chase here on Obamacare. The arguments are: Delay it/defund it. You’re part of the defund it side. You think it can happen via the continuing resolution debate the end of September. The delay crowd and the people opposed to this say, “No, no, no! A government shutdown’s part of this and look what happened the last time the government was shut down in ’95. Look what happened to Republicans then.” How do you deal with this? What do you tell people that raise these objections?
CRUZ: Well, part of the problem with the delay crowd is they don’t have a plan to actually get it done. When they say they want to delay it, what they really mean is they want to take a symbolic vote on a delay but not tie it to anything that has to pass. So the House can take a thousand symbolic votes if they want. Harry Reid will not allow any of them to pass into law. So it becomes an exercise of just political cover rather than actually fixing the problem.
Look, Rush, Obamacare, as you know, is the biggest job killer in the country, and the wheels are falling off of this thing. I mean, there is bipartisan agreement it’s not working. The unions are jumping ship. People are losing their jobs. They’re having their hours forcibly reduced. Just last week UPS told 18,000 employees, “You’re losing your spousal coverage. Your husbands and wives are losing their health insurance because of Obamacare.”
And unfortunately right now, Republicans are still not ready to stand up and do what it takes to stop this law, to listen to the American people and say, “Listen, let’s get rid of this job killer.” The only plan that has been put forward that has any realistic prospect of success, of actually stopping Obamacare, is using the continuing resolution on September 30th and saying, “We will not fund one penny of Obamacare.”
If we can get 41 Republicans in the Senate to do that, or 218 Republicans in the House, we have the votes to do it, but we gotta get those votes — and right now, far too many Republicans are scared of this fight. » Read Full Transcript At ‘The Rush Limbaugh Show’

Momentum Builds In Congress To Defund Health-Care Law
Problem #28, Death panels confirmed: Physician and former DNC Chairman Howard Dean wrote an editorial in July essentially confirming Sarah Palin’s contention that Obamacare will have a “death panel.” Palin was excoriated for her assertion by the administration and the mainstream media. PolitiFact.com even dubbed it 2009's “Lie of the Year.” But Dean confirmed the Independent Payment Advisory Board, or IPAB, “is essentially a health-care rationing body” that will “be able to stop certain treatments its members do not favor by simply setting rates to levels where no doctor or hospital will perform them.” The rationing board will decide whether or not some patients get potentially life-saving treatments, which is basically how Palin described “death panel” in her 2009 Facebook post.
